Cuaderno, Viajes

Primer día

Posted by Juan Carlos Yáñez Velazco

Aeropuerto Miguel Hidalgo, Guadalajara

Empieza el periplo. Mi viaje a Ítaca.

No sé qué sucedió después.

The act of racism that you witnessed, closely resembles
to something they did to a guy in areopuerto Guadalajara
On his way to the U.S., the in your suitcase chan had some seeds, made him empty all, just to remove seeds, plus some
huaraches I had, that because “they are dangerous”.

We see examples of discrimination in all places.
    Americans discriminate to Mexicans.
It’s worse, Mexicans discriminate to Mexicans.
What we make us believe that we are better than others?

We shouldn’t be discriminators. Everybody has prejudices and it is a step to discrimination. Examples are in everyplace. It isn’t the first time that the americans discriminate the mexicans.

All we do is travel to new experiences and new beginnings.

Embarking on a trip away is very difficult at the beginning, get the idea out and leave behind what is experienced by something more difficult.

The acts of racism in airports are very common, so it should not be happening but somehow not right.

When making long trips it is worth carrying a good read to accompany us along the way.
