¿BATALLAS PERDIDAS?

El mundo es injusto. O no es justo. O no es suficientemente justo. O no es humanamente justo. Cuando escribo mundo, no aludo al espacio planetario que habitamos, apenas una minúscula gota; tampoco al creado por Dios en siete días. Hablo, es decir, escribo, pensando en las sociedades hechas por los seres humanos y, más concretamente, en esta donde vivimos.

Algunos indicios revelan un estado de descomposición que, por lo menos, tendría que alertarnos sobre lo que hacemos en el metro cuadrado más próximo.

Esta mañana leo en un periódico de Jalisco que un par de hombres fueron enviados al penal de Puente Grande por haber golpeado a una perra. No tengo animadversiones, no odio los animales, pero si la justicia de los hombres y las leyes fuera tan expedita cuando de juzgar a los que apuñalan pueblos, a los que asesinan de hambre, mutilan ilusiones, saquean las finanzas públicas o viven parasitariamente a costa del propio estado, encontraría alguna razón para creer que avanzamos no en dirección a la barbarie.

Hoy se cumplen once meses de la desaparición de los 43 estudiantes normalistas de Ayotzinapa. Y, me temo, pasarán 12 meses, 2 años, 5, 11, y aquí seguiremos, en la pomposamente llamada sociedad del conocimiento, sin conocer exactamente qué sucedió aquella infausta noche que exhibió la putrefacta descomposición del estado. Y los padres y familiares, mientras, seguirán vagando, de allá para acá, con la única respuesta oficial de cansarlos y apelar a la desmemoria colectiva.

No sé cuál es el diagnóstico que hace cada cual. Si es que importa o lo hacen. El mío, en días así, está lejos de creer que la humanidad gana la batalla contra la locura.

    La incongruencia de “justicia” y la aplicación de las leyes de manera congruente y transparente para todos aflige a sociedades de todo el mundo. Parece por ser parte de la condición humana, aunque me duele señalarlo.

    2. The justice is not exactly fair. It all depends on what subject you talk and what pretext are used for or against.

    2.- i think that the real justice is just to do what is good witouth doing somehting that may hurt or damgage other people.
