Ecos del Congreso de Investigación Educativa

Días intensos. Lejanía de casa. Una habitación extraña, cuarto de hotel, apenas levemente acondicionado para no sentir la frialdad que afuera cala por inhabitual.

Jornada laboral distinta, trocada en espacios de aprendizaje. Semana singular. Más de 1200 ponencias. Montón de conferencias magistrales, conversaciones, simposios, presentaciones de libros, premiaciones, exposiciones. 300 páginas de programa.

Encuentros con viejos y queridos amigos. Cercanía fugaz con otros; descubrimiento de nuevos. Relaciones que eran virtuales y se vuelven felizmente reales.

Comida fatal en la sede. Cafés abundantes para soportar feroces andanadas de sueño provocado por soporíferos (algunos) discursos deshilvanados. Reuniones de pasillo. Intercambio de libros. Saludos forzados.

Miradas que se cruzan. Polémicas impertinentes. Doctos doctores que nunca tuvieron lucidez y hoy se desnudan en público. Maestras, maestros impuntuales. Gente amable por doquier entre los anfitriones.

Las investigadoras e investigadores que se caen (o siguen en picada) de pedestales autoerigidos. Charlatanes disfrazados de académicos. Hoguera de vanidades. Académicos que se sienten estrellas del espectáculo de la palabra. Momias estilizadas y fatuas.

Conversaciones y monólogos.

Investigadores serios que se preparan, que exponen nuevas posturas, otras ideas, hallazgos. Investigadores ejemplares. Investigadores que muchos quieren imitar. Mujeres y hombres afectuosos, accesibles, humanos, con pies en tierra.

Una torre de Babel. Y, sin embargo, volver es casi indispensable.

En algún lugar del cielo, entre Chihuahua, Torreón y Guadalajara

    2.- There is a difference between a real prepared and a fake person because knowledge gives you wisdom and humility.
    3.- It’s hard to concentrate when the people you love are not on your side.
