OTRA REFORMA EDUCATIVA

Hoy me dio por pensar en una reforma de otras características, con otro signo. Concebida y desarrollada para promover el necesario entusiasmo, paciencia y compromiso sin los cuales no hay transformación en las prácticas dentro de las aulas y en toda la escuela. Aquí algunas de las primeras ideas, esbozos simples.

-Los profesores, entusiasmados, solicitan cursos de los temas en que sienten carencias y en metodologías a que los desafía la gran reforma: la del salón de clases, de las formas de enseñanza y los estilos de aprendizaje.

-Las escuelas se vuelven de tiempo justo, bien aprovechado. Por la mañana los niños y adolescentes, por la tarde y noche, sus padres, madres y abuelos asisten a tomar cursos relevantes, interesantes, para entender las reformas y sumarse a ellas, para aprender de otros padres, madres y abuelos que les enseñarán de sus oficios y saberes, o de los maestros contratados por la secretaría. Los que saben leer y escribir, enseñarán a quienes lo ignoran, o les ayudan a su práctica.

-Una vertiente de la participación de las madres y padres está enfocada a la planeación del año escolar a través de un proyecto pedagógico de la escuela, adecuado al contexto, sin formatos universales y asesoría técnica adecuada. El objetivo es sintonizar el esfuerzo educador de la escuela con el preciso acompañamiento en casa.

-Se cambia y vigoriza la organización escolar con dos exigencias que contribuirán a la formación ciudadana de padres, madres, estudiantes y maestros: participación social y democratización de la escuela.

-La escuela se convierte en un centro cultural que nuclea las actividades sociales de la gente, especialmente relevante en las pequeñas comunidades.

-Los padres de familia, los profesores y estudiantes (en distintos grados, de acuerdo con edades) deciden, en asambleas, como ejercerán el presupuesto anual recibido por los gobiernos federal, estatal y municipal. La propuesta base puede ser hecha por la dirección del plantel, o por una comisión docente, o compuesta por todos los involucrados.

    1. The education reforms doesn’t work unless teachers are committed to get better themselves and their way to teach.

    2. It can’t improve education if the executives don’t give the resources to improve classes.

    1. I like the idea of the participations for the parents to take courses in the afternoon.
    2. If the teachers, students and parents take decisions about the budget, the money will be administrated in a better form.
    3. It´s a good idea to let the teachers ask for courses about the topics that they don´t know very well.

    1.-the new reform i dont know if will help the students but right now as i see it just fkt the teachers.
    2.-if the schools dont have the resources to improve then its useless to bring a new reform.
    3.-only if the reform do what they have planned to do and dont have another bacstaged plans it will maybe be good for the education.
    4.-sometimes things like this are just sayed to the public to hide something the government is doing and dont want the people to know.
