PREGUNTAS SIN SENTIDO

“Desastre financiero”, fue la expresión que ayer usó Nacho Peralta para calificar el sexenio de Mario Anguiano durante la entrevista en Ángel Guardián. Lo escuché en vivo y me sorprendió la contundencia. Tampoco cabía esperar florituras.

La política es de circunstancias, se dice. Desde el presente, el juicio sobre el pasado tiene mucha ventajas. Me pregunto: ¿si la elección se hubiera validado, habría reconocido públicamente ese desastre? ¿Lo habría solapado? No lo sé. En este momento ya no tiene sentido siquiera la interrogante.

Tengo como hipótesis que un juicio semejante durante la campaña, con los matices del caso, le habría restado algunos votos duros de su partido, pero muchos, muchísimos, a su favor desde otros partidos y lejos de los partidos. De nuevo: el escenario ya no existe como posibilidad.

No sé si será tardía la declaración; lo veremos en algunas semanas.

Posdata. Recreo la propuesta que hace unos días escribiera Marce F. Ruvalcaba en Twitter: no necesitamos campañas (menos precampañas) largas, ni cortas, bastarían las propuestas (20, 25) centrales y el gabinete que colocarían los candidatos en posiciones claves si ganaran. El estado ahorraría varios millones de pesos, un montón de contaminación visual y carretadas de demagogia.
